1) Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders from Romania to all countries within Europe.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at zgr.parfumi@icloud.com for assistance.

2) Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3) Delivery Times

• Romania (Domestic): 1–3 business days

• Europe (International): 2–7 business days (depending on destination and courier availability)
  Please note that delays caused by customs, local carriers, or other factors outside our control may extend delivery times.

4) Shipping Costs

• Romania (Domestic): Free standard shipping on all orders.

• Europe (International):

  • Orders under €150 → flat rate shipping fee applies (displayed at checkout).

  • Orders over €150 → Free International Shipping.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to follow your shipment online.

6) Customs & Duties

• Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) will not incur additional customs duties or taxes.

• Orders shipped outside the EU (if applicable) may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
