Return & Refund Policy

1) Return Period

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and sealed items (extended satisfaction guarantee).

  • In addition, under EU law you also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

2) Return Conditions

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, sealed, with tags and in the original packaging.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, perfumes/cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned (legal exception).

  • To initiate a return, contact us at zgr.parfumi@icloud.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return label/address.

  • Parcels sent back without first requesting a return may be refused.

3) Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (preferably within 48h) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

  • In such cases, we will replace or fully refund the item and cover the cost of return shipping.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns made “out of convenience” (no defect), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If you return the entire order within the withdrawal period, we will also refund the standard delivery cost originally paid (excluding premium/express shipping).

5) Refunds

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days of processing the return (your bank/credit card company may require an additional 2–10 business days).

  • We reserve the legal right to withhold refunds until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at zgr.parfumi@icloud.com.

6) Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

7) Non-Returnable Items

  • Unsealed or used perfumes/cosmetics

  • Gift cards and products marked “Final sale”

  • Customized/personalized orders (if applicable)
